This clock was inspired by radioactivity - hence the name. The central core (the raw wood dial in the middle) symbolizes the atom that emits the particles all over the space.
The central disk is laser cut from a single 6mm plywood board, then polished by hand. The 60 pcs. different length spikes are hand painted and manually clamped on the central dial. Owing to this manual process none of these clocks are identical.
The central disk is untreated natural birch plywood, the spikes are painted with 3 different shades of blue / turquoise (001.12.001), purple (001.12.002) or gold (001.12.004).
The movement is non-ticking, runs with 1 pc. 1.5V AA battery (not included in package). Standard hands are white.
